Zoomies Dog Daycare & Resort

Do not take your dogs to this place!!! See photos. I picked my two dogs up on Sunday evening after a two and a half day stay at Zoomies. My female dog came home with severely swollen eyes and every blood vessel had been ruptured. It appeared as if she has large blood clots around both eyes. Additionally, she has bruising around her neck and throat area. I noticed one eye looked strange when we picked her up but it was dark out so I didn’t realize both eyes were injured until we arrived home. It appears to me that she was strangled. I never received a phone call over the weekend to inform me of an accident or injury. We did not ask for her to be groomed, so she should never have been on a grooming table where she could have fallen. No one at Zoomies seems to know what happened (lies!) and they are refusing to release the camera footage since they have minors working there, which seems like a convenient way to cover your butt. I haven’t even received an apology or follow-up to check on my sweet girl. I notified the authorities and am still waiting for answers. My husband and I have been using the dog boarding and day-camp services since July and had never had an issue. We are appalled and extremely upset. I’ve included a photo of what she looked like before the injury for reference.

I've been taking my dog here for the last year. At first, it took a little while for her to warm up to the experience, but now as soon as we pull up she jumps out and runs in. The staff are all lovely people who care about the dogs and know their names, preferences, attitudes, and best friends. I dropped my dog off here 2-3 times a week and everytime on pick up they let me know how she was and who she played with. On coming home, she passes out for the rest of the evening, clearly having had the time of her life. Thank you to the staff who made it possible for me to go to work without worrying about how my high energy puppy spends the day!

The entire staff at zoomies was so helpful and professional. Everything from booking the appointment to pickup the as seamless. I appreciate their hours because i work from 700 to 330. Drop-off was easy and i was able to get to work on time. My dog seemed to enjoy the play time and wasn't stressed when i picked him up. i didn't have to worry about him out in the cold weather or the mischief he can get into when he is alone. Thanks for taking good care of my dog.

Seems like a fun place for confident dogs, but a bit overwhelming for my 2 year old rescue pup. She is a bit shy and does well playing with other dogs in a one on one basis, or small groups of 3or4dogs. I’m going to give her a little time to build her confidence and then bring her back and see how she does. The staff are very professional and kind. Also very organized and helpful. The lighting is a bit gloomy ( no windows or skylights but I understand they will be doing some remodeling in the near future.

This was the first time I used Zoomies. I very much appreciated the 4-hr meet and greet appointment prior to our dog’s first time day care at this facility - it showed me that it is important to Zoomies that the dogs in their care are safe and compatible. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making a daycare appointment was super easy, and when I picked up my dog after the meet and greet he was very relaxed. I will definitely use Zoomies whenever I need daycare or boarding! 💕
